Faith Formation Registration Page

 

You’ve come to the right place!  To register for Faith Formation programs for 2010-2011, please do the following steps:

 

1.      Open the link for Confirmation, Wednesday Faith Formation classes for grades 1-8, and / or Sunday School.

  1. Open the appropriate registration form, which are in Adobe Acrobat.  Please print both pages and complete the forms.

  2. Write a check for tuition.  Tuition must be paid in order to confirm enrollment.  For 2010-2011 tuition is $75 per child for Vacation Bible School, $250 per child for Confirmation, and $150 per child for Wednesday Faith Formation and Sunday School.  We are unable to accept credit card or online payments.

  3. Mail the registration form (s) and payment to:

Important: Catechists receive a $150 tuition credit in all three programs!
