Each Candidate must
choose a sponsor to walk with them in their spiritual journey towards
Confirmation. The sponsor’s role is to
model how a person of faith is to live in today’s world, while providing the
Candidate the opportunity to discuss how the Spirit acts within his/her own
life.
A sponsor’s
responsibilities:

for, support, and guide Candidate.

To grow
in your own relationship with God.
·
To hold
your Candidate accountable for their decision to be Confirmed.
