Front Desk Receptionist Substitutes

The Parish Office seeks to increase its number of available Front Desk Receptionist substitutes. The position serves on an as-needed, hourly basis, Mondays – Fridays, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, greeting and assisting individuals who come into the Parish Office. Front Desk Receptionist substitutes facilitate all incoming phone calls, schedule Mass intentions, process sacramental record copy requests, as well as perform a variety of additional general office clerical duties in support of the OLG Parish Office staff.

The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times, act diplomatically, tactfully and absolutely discreetly when dealing with parish information, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook.
