Sunday, April 23, 3:00-4:00 PM
Declared as a universal feast day by St. John Paul II on April 30, 2000 at the canonization of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska, the young nun, chosen by Jesus as His apostle of His Mercy. "My daughter, tell the whole world about My inconceivable mercy. On this day, the very depths of My Tender Mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon souls who approach the fount of My Mercy" (Diary #699).
In preparation for the Feast of Divine Mercy, the Lord asked for a Novena (9 days) of prayer from Good Friday (April 14) to the following Saturday. "I will deny nothing to any soul whom you will bring to the fount of My mercy" (Diary #1209)
Join us for a Divine Mercy celebration, the 2nd Sunday of Easter April 23, 3:00-4:00 PM. Refreshments to follow.
