Archbishop Hebda will preside at Mass and present a reflection on this day of spiritual enrichment and fellowship. Musical entertainment by The Preacher’s Daughters. Breakfast and lunch included. Brochures are available in the Commons kiosk. Pre-registration is required.

Each year we offer widows a Day of Reflection for spiritual enrichment and fellowship. We do this through prayer, reflection and the intercession of Mary, Mother of Jesus and Widow of Joseph.

Speaker Bios

Archbishop Bernard Hebda

The son of the late Bernard and Helen Clark Hebda, the Most Reverend Bernard A. Hebda was born on September 3, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 
Hebda received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980 from Harvard University followed by a Juris Doctor degree from the Columbia University School of Law in 1983.  He was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1983. 

In 1984, he enrolled at St. Paul Seminary in Pitts-burgh and pursued required studies in philosophy at Duquesne University before being sent to North American College in Rome in 1985, where he completed his theological studies and earned his S.T.B. from the Pontifical Gregorian University in 1989. 

He was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Donald W. Wuerl on July 1, 1989. After his ordination, he received his licentiate in canon law in 1990 from the Pontifical Gregorian University. 

Beginning June 15, 2015, Archbishop Hebda served as Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Since March 2016 he has served as the twelfth ordinary Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.

They have shared the stage with The Talleys, Michael English, the Nelons & many others!  The Preacher's Daughters will fill your hearts and uplift your spirits with laughter, the great Hymns of the faith, powerhouse vocals, & rich stories!
