Our Lady of Grace Yellow Pages

The Our Lady of Grace Yellow Pages is a guide to ministries and resources at Our Lady of Grace Church.  The booklet includes parish information, staff and ministry contact information, volunteer ministry opportunities, and more.  Toward the end of the OLG Yellow Pages booklet, you will find ministry interest forms (pp. 39-42) to print, fill out and submit in our parish office to volunteer for a ministry.  On pages 43-44 you will find a gift inventory form to indicate the gifts (skills, interests, talents, etc.) you have to share with the Parish, and submit to the parish office.  Click on the link below to view this wonderful parish resource in Adobe PDF format.
