Leaders need space to step back from mission/ministry for times of prayer and reflection. We offer these as a place to continue intentional friendship among missionary disciples, those leading small groups at OLG.
Small Group Leader Community
This is offered in 2 ways:
Small Group Leaders may desire a one-on-one mentorship with seasoned leaders.
Leaders may join a small group in order to sustain relational and spiritual accompaniment with other leaders.
Content for these sessions, one on one or with a group, will be 3 topics: Life (to be known), Growth (to be transformed), and Mission (to change the world one small group at a time).
Large Group Prayer and Trainings for Leaders
OLG Small Group ministry will also offer large group gatherings called The Summit to help our leaders stay connected with ongoing spiritual and practical formation. This includes:
1. Events and activities for ongoing practical training and human formation
2. Mini-Retreats for ongoing prayer and spiritual formation.
