Our Lady of Grace Supports Pro-Life Ministry

Our Lady of Grace actively supports efforts to protect all life, from conception to natural death. Through dedicated and regular prayer, ongoing financial donations and volunteer work with local pregnancy and life care centers, we assist women and men facing unexpected pregnancies. Our efforts are currently expanding through the parish's Pro-Life Ministry, and parishioners are welcome to attend the quarterly meetings and pray for life each Wednesday. To become involved or learn more about this Ministry, please contact Judy Hallett at jhallett05@comcast.net or the Parish Office at (952) 929-3317.

Cradle of Hope

Thank you to all who attended the 2023 Cradle of Hope Spring for Life Gala, where over $150,000 was raised! Cradle of Hope provides a variety of support for women and babies, from rent assistance to free portable cribs to baby shower baskets. Summer months often see a drop in donations, but the needs are still there. If you're traveling during the summer but would still like to help this Pro-Life effort, click here to make a purchase off of the Cradle of Hope wish list! The items will be mailed directly to Cradle of Hope and used to help the over 3,000 babies and pregnant mothers assisted annually, and your donation is tax deductible. It's an easy way to shop and support Pro-Life efforts even when you're away from home. Thank you for your generosity!

Pray for Life on Wednesdays

The OLG Pro-Life Committee, along with Father Kevin and Father John, would like to invite all parishioners to unite in prayer each Wednesday for the protection of life, especially the unborn. This can be done from your home, office, or at your dedicated Holy Hour. For those able to come to the Adoration Chapel, pro-life prayer cards are available for this purpose; please take one for yourself and share these with others who would like to commit to weekly prayer for this specific intention. If you would like a pro-life prayer card mailed to you, please contact Judy Hallett at jhallett05@comcast.net or Jen Beutz at jenniferbeutz@olgparish.org.

The Minnesota Catholic Conference

Since 1967, the Minnesota Catholic Conference (MCC) has been the public policy voice of the Catholic Church in Minnesota. The Minnesota bishops themselves constitute the membership of the Conference, and are served by a staff of seven laypeople. There are also three support committees comprised of lay and religious who provide outside perspective. Adoption

Since 2001, Holy Family Catholic Adoption Agency has offered adoption as the loving answer to abortion.  This is the only Catholic Adoption Agency in the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis, located in the city of Crystal. Adoptive couples, birth mothers, and those who wish to donate to the ongoing mission of placing babies in devout Catholic homes can all find more information on their website, or call their 24-hour phone line at 651-298-0133. Please pray for life!
