Sandra Davis, Ph.D., is chair and founder of MDA Leadership Consulting in Minneapolis, a premier national leadership development, talent assessment and organizational performance firm. She is widely known as an industry thought leader, counting numerous Fortune 500 firms among her clients. Sandra is the author of the books Pearls of Leadership Wisdom: Lessons for Everyday Leaders Vol. I and II, and Reinventing Yourself: Life Planning After 50. A parishioner of Our Lady of Grace, she also hopes to be described as a woman of faith. Certainly, she is someone who knows the journey of grief and grieving. Having lost her husband, Lynn, a little more than two years ago (after 54 years of marriage), she has firsthand experience of being a widow and learning to live again. She believes that sorrow and joy always exist side by side and it is vital that we find ways to cherish and experience both while staying connected with each other. Sandra earned a B.S. from Iowa State University and her Ph.D. in counseling psychology with an emphasis in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota. In addition to working about 25% time, she puts a priority on community involvement, learning languages, music, travel, and being physically active (golf, walking, hiking, Pilates, yoga).

“I want to thank you for such a nice outing yesterday to Cosetta’s and the St. Paul Cathedral. It was so nice to have such a warm group of people and so informative on my first visit to the Cathedral. Thank you again for organizing a great day, as time goes on I hope to participate in more adventures!”
““We greatly appreciate the extensive planning and attention to detail involved in organizing this trip. As a result, we were able to focus solely on the beauty of the moments in each sacred space and enjoy the company of other OLG parishioners.””
