My husband and I joined OLG about 20 years ago when we moved back to the Minneapolis area after living out of state for several years. We were seeking a vibrant Catholic community for the next stage of our lives where we could raise our children and meet other families with young kids. This dynamic, energetic and lively parish drew us in, and we are so happy to have made so many wonderful friends.

Our four children, Gabrielle (15), Owen (15), Grace (13) and Lucy (11), attend Edina public schools and have participated in OLG’s Faith Formation program since they were in kindergarten. They have received their sacraments through OLG and have been active volunteers in both reading at Mass and in the summer Vacation Bible School program. We are grateful to be able to raise them in a faith-filled community where they can continue to grow in their love of Jesus Christ.

I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, the Yale School of Public Health and the University of Minnesota Law School. I practiced as a health care and nonprofit attorney in a large Minneapolis law firm for several years before deciding to stay home to spend more time raising our children. I am grateful to be able to volunteer with their schools and extracurricular activities, in addition to the local philanthropic organization Giving WoMN.

I am looking forward to serving on the Parish Council in order to give back to this wonderful community, to continue meeting new parishioners and to help support the Faith Formation program.

Our family loves Our Lady of Grace! My husband, Tom, grew up in the parish and we joined as a family about 10 years ago when we moved to Minnesota. Our oldest daughter graduated from OLG School in 2024 and our younger four children are currently students.

I grew up in Kansas City and attended Mass every Sunday with my family at my school parish. My husband and I knew this was a faith tradition we wanted for our family. I remember being nervous on Sunday morning that our large family would disrupt the service. I found at OLG a welcoming, compassionate community, and want to extend the same to new members and families.

I am truly humbled, honored and blessed to serve on the Parish Pastoral Council and continue the mission of Making Jesus Christ Known and Loved. I presently serve on the PSO Family Care Network, volunteer with Baptism preparation, and help out with whatever I can at the school. I find through service I grow more in my faith and love of Jesus. I look forward to connecting with you as I serve in this role.
