Anthony "Tony" Theisen 82, passed away on June 12, 2026.
He is survived by sons, Patrick (Amanda), Jesse and Michael Woehrle; siblings, Tom (Evie), Greg, Joan (Pat) McNeely, Jane (George) Monson, Kevin (Kerri); special friend, Irene Gillespie, and numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents, Marian and Harold Theisen and sisters, Ann and Mary Beth.
He grew up in Edina and lived his adult life in Apple Valley. He attended Our Lady of Grace, St Johns Prep and Benilde for high school, and Mankato State University. He loved telling stories about his high school wrestling career when he was a state champion.
Tony led a very full life with many passions. First and, foremost was his faith and family. These were followed by racquetball, snowmobiling, boating, motorcycling, and 50's music. He was a successful realtor for over 40 years. He began his career with Bermel Smaby, founded Award Realty with partners and concluded his career with Edina Realty.
Visitation is one hour prior to Mass of Christian Burial.
