I’ve been a parishioner at OLG since 2017 when I moved to the Twin Cities after college in North Dakota. I quickly became involved in the Young Professionals community and served on the OLGYP board for a few years. It’s been amazing to witness how OLG has grown into a home and hub for so many young Catholics! I also led a women’s small group for many years and was a rep for OLG during the synod process, an experience where I witnessed the Holy Spirit at work so strongly.
I’ve been teaching elementary Faith Formation at OLG for almost a decade now and absolutely love getting to guide and encourage the kids in their faith. It’s a challenging ministry at times, but it’s definitely rewarding, and the kids end up teaching me so much each year too.
I recently got married at OLG, and my husband, Austin, and I live in Hopkins. I work in fashion, but in my free time, I like organizing themed hangouts with friends, listening to podcasts, creating social media content, and traveling.
