Homebound Communion Ministry

Are you unable to attend Sunday Mass because you are homebound? Would you like a compassionate, caring person to visit with you? Would you like to receive Communion in your home? Our Lady of Grace has trained homebound ministers who will bring Communion to your home. If this request is for a patient in a hospital, please request Communion through your staff nurse. They will notify the Catholic volunteer team of your request.
