Mary Kathryn Kroth, 96, of Edina, Minnesota passed away peacefully on May 29, 2022 surrounded by her children. She was born October 26, 1925 to Stanley and Kathryn Panfil in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Marywood Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 0n June 25, 1949 she married the love of her life Thomas E. Kroth. Mary spent most of her life as a homemaker extraordinaire. She enjoyed travel, especially to Italy, Ireland and Naples, Florida. She also enjoyed gardening, art and history. Mary was a devout Catholic and her faith was very important to her throughout her life. She was a long-time member of the Athena Women's Club of Edina. She and Tom were also active members of the Linden Hills Dance Club. Mary never missed the Michigan-Minnesota football game for the "Little Brown Jug". She loved to shop and dine out with family and friends. Mary will be remembered fondly for her creativity, her fun-loving spirit and her ability to make every occasion special.
Preceded in death by loving husband of 46 years Thomas Edward Kroth, and son John Thomas Kroth. Survived by children Barbara (Norbert) Welch, Jennifer (Lee) Giorgi, Robert (Nancy) Kroth, Gregory (Mary) Kroth, Elizabeth (Bill) Manning, daughter-in-law Marci Kroth, 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 8 at 11:00 AM, visitation one hour prior at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 5071 Eden Ave, Edina. Burial will take place at Lakewood Cemetery, 3600 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis.
The family wishes to offer special thanks to the compassionate and skilled caregivers from English Rose Suites and Grace Hospice of Minneapolis.

Walters, Joyce M. age 94 of Edina, passed away on May 18, 2022 and was reunited with her husband of 68 years, Ben. She is also preceded in death by her daughter Margaret "Margi" Smith, son-in-law Lynn Speaker, parents Bernard and Gertrude Schlader, brother Richard Schlader and sister Margaret Peterson. She is survived by her sisters Carole Remboldt and Virginia Goodnough, children Connie Speaker, Mike (Kate) Walters, Patty Walters (Wirt Cook), and Laura (Mark) Helmueller, as well as her 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Joyce's passions included her love of family and friends, and as an active member of our Lady of Grace Parish for over 45 years, her faith. She enjoyed many wonderful trips over the years with family and friends. Joyce loved gardening, floral arranging and painting.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am Thursday June 2 with visitation beginning at 9:30am at the Church of Our Lady of Grace, 5051 Eden Ave S Edina. Luncheon following the mass at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. Memorials preferred to Our Lady Of Grace Church.

Beverly Ann O'Connell Dobel passed away peacefully at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN on Monday, November 29, 2021, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her husband, John F Dobel; survived by her five children, John Dobel Jr. (Marilyn), Elizabeth Dobel Birney (Scott), Patricia Dobel, Michael Dobel (Linda), Susan Hall (Bill); nine grandchildren, Michael Dobel, Katherine and Nicholas Birney, Matthew Bearup, Charlie and Caroline Hall, Lauren Johnson (Seth), Drew Hall (Kari), Alexandra Vallee (Joe) and six great-grandchildren.
Born in New London, CT, Beverly moved to Washington DC, where she worked at the Pentagon for Offices of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. While in Washington, Beverly married John and they had a loving marriage for 57 years. Retiring to Sandwich, MA on Cape Cod, Beverly and John operated the Seth Pope House Bed and Breakfast; hosting guests from all over the world. Following their time in Sandwich, they moved to Naples, Florida and spent summers in Edina, MN. Beverly loved entertaining, genealogy, traveling, telling a good story and most importantly, spending time with her family.
A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will be held at Our Lady of Grace on Friday, May 27 at 11:00 AM.
